We have extensive well-kept grounds and gardens surrounding the lodge, with many paths and seats in at all the best spots. For the less mobile we have electric scooters available to borrow to ensure the gardens are accessible to all. If it’s been a while since you took a long period of fresh air and soaking in the calm relaxing surroundings Carlow Lodge might be just what you need.
Besides the calm and tranquility, we also have many fun distractions to be had in the gardens. You can head to the bowling green area for bowls or French boules, or we have a 9 hole putting course, all free to use.
We can also offer a badminton nets and rackets to use, lawn darts, a croquet set or quoits.
