In accordance with the trustees beliefs, we try to be as inclusive as possible and mindful of our customers needs so they can enjoy the facilities fully.
This may include helping them to get here if they have any difficulties and making sure they are allocated rooms and facilities suited to their needs. We have an electric tail lift in our minibus as well as anchor points for wheelchairs.
We have two fully equipped bedrooms for less able persons with en-suite facilities, electric beds, wet rooms, bath lifts and other accessibility features.
In each room and en-suite bathroom we have a call system for anyone who should need urgent help or assistance.
We do have ramp access to the building so getting into the building and getting around is not an issue.
We can lend walking aids and foot stools on request.
We also have a walk-in lift that can take three people in comfort to the first floor as required.
We even have a fleet of mobility scooters, free to borrow, to assist less mobile guests to access the gardens fully.
